The working is that of the antiqued finish, but the slabs usually set aside are the ones kept here: dark veins, changes of tone, the small natural voids of the limestone. The result is warm and irregular, and an ordinary selection does not produce it.
This is the stone to choose when the floor is meant to be the character of the room. It asks for quiet surfaces around it, or it fights with everything.
Better than any other finish in the catalogue, for the same reason as the antiqued one: the surface already has a texture, and new marks get lost in it.
